Work every account in your portfolio, at every stage of delinquency
Autonomous agents call your customers before and after the due date, remind them, negotiate within your rules and send the payment link during the call — across voice, WhatsApp and SMS. Every contact is logged in your system of record with disposition, recording and transcript. Your specialist team only takes the cases that need them.
Pay per outcome · No charge without contact · Enterprise plan
01 — The Capacity Gap
The strategy works. Headcount is what limits it.
Pre-due isn't covered
A reminder before the due date is the cheapest way to prevent delinquency, and the first task dropped when the team is full. A customer who isn't called before the due date is more likely to miss it.
Failed attempts cost as much as contacts
When a third of attempts end in voicemail, a wrong number or no answer, that time is paid at the same rate as a conversation that recovers money.
Your best collectors work the easy cases
Early-stage accounts that would pay after one well-timed, friendly call take the same seats as the cases that need real negotiation.
The window closes
After the last stage, accounts are placed with an external agency. The customer relationship, and part of the recovery, go with them.
Today, more volume means more hires. The agents add capacity without adding seats — under your brand and your rules.
02 — What the Agent Does
An agent that converses, negotiates and logs every contact
Not a dialer and not a recorded message. The agent understands the customer's situation, applies your commercial rules and writes everything back to your system. Your team steps in only when the case needs it.
Contact
Calls the customer and follows up by WhatsApp or SMS. If there is no contact, it logs the attempt and reschedules the call.
No contactRemind
Confirms the amount, the due date and the payment channels, and answers the customer's questions on the same call.
Right-party contactNegotiate
Secures a promise to pay or a payment arrangement within the rules you define. Anything outside those rules goes to your team.
Promise to payRecover
Sends the payment link during the call and confirms the payment in your system.
Payment confirmedThousands of calls in parallel
Voice · WhatsApp · SMS
96% classification accuracy
03 — Four Stages
Each stage of the portfolio gets its own strategy
Before the due date
Preventive
A proactive call to remind the customer, answer questions and invite on-time payment. It covers the whole base, not just the share your team can reach today.
Tone
Service · reminder
Early stage · e.g. 1–3 DPD
Early cure
A timely, friendly contact to get the payment made before the account needs more intensive handling. Only the cases that really need it go to your team.
Tone
Friendly · no pressure
Mid stage · e.g. 4–20 DPD
Negotiation
Understand the customer's situation and make an agreement easy: a promise to pay, a new date or a payment arrangement — always inside the rules and criteria you set.
Tone
Empathetic · negotiating
Late stage · e.g. 21–30 DPD
Last window
Contact intensifies to recover as much as possible before the account is placed with an external agency and leaves your hands.
Tone

The stage cut-offs are yours. Each stage is configured separately: script, negotiation rules, number of attempts, channels, and when the case goes to a person.
04 — Capabilities
What the agent does with your portfolio
Write-back to your system of record
Every contact lands in your collections platform or CRM with disposition, recording and transcript. HubSpot and Salesforce natively; your core or collections system through API or MCP. Information stays in one place and your reports keep working.
Voice, WhatsApp and SMS
The call is backed by written messages: a reminder before the due date, a summary of the agreement and the payment link.
Negotiation rules
Maximum deferral, alternative dates and allowed arrangements, per stage. The agent never offers anything outside what you define.
Escalation to your specialists
Live transfer, or a task in your system for the cases that need a person, with the customer's situation already documented.
Promise tracking
A reminder before the promised date. If the promise is broken, the agent contacts the customer again automatically on the agreed date.
Prioritised by your scoring
Contact order, time slot and channel are set from the segments of your own risk or propensity model.
05 — A Real Flow · 2 Days Past Due
An 84-second call that ends in a promise to pay, logged in your system
Outbound · Tuesday 10:12 · 2 days past due
Introduces itself on behalf of your brand, verifies it is speaking with the account holder, and mentions that the instalment was due two days ago.
“Yes, I forgot. I get paid on Friday — can I pay then?”
Checks that Friday is within the rules for this stage, logs the promise and confirms the payment channels.
Sends a WhatsApp summary with the payment link and schedules a reminder for Friday.

No collector involved, and the disposition is already in your system. Every contact keeps its recording, transcript and disposition — history that feeds your scoring model.
06 — The Rules
Enforced on every call, not left to the script
Right-party verification first. No amount, product or debt detail is shared before the account holder's identity is verified. Nothing is disclosed to a third party.
Contact windows and frequency caps. Calling hours, days and maximum attempts per account are configured per market to local collections regulation, and apply across every channel.
No pressure tactics. The agent never threatens, never misstates consequences and never offers terms your rules don't allow.
Hardship and disputes go to a person. When a customer reports financial hardship or a vulnerable situation, or disputes the debt, the agent stops negotiating and hands over with the case documented.
AI disclosure. The customer is told they are speaking with an AI agent, as the EU AI Act requires and wherever local law requires it.
Recorded and auditable. Every contact keeps its recording, transcript and disposition, available to your QA and compliance teams.
07 — Compared
Against your in-house team and an external agency
| Criterion | In-house team | Collection agency | VoiceB agents |
|---|---|---|---|
| Portfolio coverage | Limited by capacity | Placed accounts only | 100 % at every stage |
| Scalability | Proportional to headcount | Per contract | Elastic, no added structure |
| Customer relationship | Direct | Lost | Direct, under your brand |
| Script consistency | Varies by collector | Outside your control | Identical on every call |
| Logging in your system | Manual | Periodic report | Automatic, real time |
| Traceability | Partial | Depends on provider | Recording, transcript and disposition |
08 — Where It Fits
Any portfolio with a due date
Consumer lending, cards and BNPL
Instalments, cards and short-term credit: pre-due reminders and early-stage cure across the whole portfolio.
Telco and energy
Unpaid bills before suspension or disconnection: remind, take the payment or agree a new date.
Insurance
Missed premiums before the policy lapses: recover the payment and keep the customer.
Banking
Overdrafts and loan arrears in the early stages, with your specialists keeping the complex cases.
The same platform runs in production at Vodafone España, Holaluz, SHV Energy, GAIN and Bysidecar.
09 — Commercial Model
You pay per effective outcome — not per minute, not per attempt
Enterprise plan
Collections needs an integration with your system of record, rules per stage and enough volume to measure against a control group, so it is available on the Enterprise plan and inherits its minimum monthly commitment.
No contact, no charge
Voicemail, wrong number or no answer: logged in your system, never billed.
Three billable outcomes
Transfer to your team, Promise to pay and Payment confirmed, billed on the standard Enterprise outcome card. Volume tiers lower the unit price as monthly contacts grow.
Included in the pilot
Integration with your system of record, stage configuration and agent training.
The monthly minimum is a minimum consumption: outcomes are consumed against it, and anything above it is invoiced on actual usage. No per-minute charges.
See pricing10 — The Pilot
Two stages, eight weeks and a control group to decide
Week 1
01
Baseline
We measure contact rate, promises and payments per stage, in both the pilot segment and the control group.
Weeks 2–3
02
Configuration
Scripts and rules per stage, WhatsApp and SMS channels, local numbers and the integration with your system of record.
Weeks 4–7
03
Production
The two chosen stages go live, with a weekly review of transcripts and rule adjustments.
Week 8
04
Decision
We compare against the control group. If the results are met, we extend to the remaining stages and the rest of the base.
Agreed success criteria
100 % coverage of the pilot segment · on-time payments vs. control · roll rate between stages · cases escalated to your team · balance placed with the external agency
11 — Get Started
Which two stages do we start with?
To start, we need a portfolio segment with its control group, the negotiation rules for each stage and a technical contact for your system of record.
