The Future of B2C Sales Is Agent-to-Agent: VoiceB at AI Summit Barcelona 2026

On 22–23 September, AI Summit Barcelona 2026 took over the WTC Barcelona. We were on the Demo Stage in front of a full room, showing how VoiceB's autonomous sales agents work today and where B2C sales is heading next: toward conversations between agents, not only between agents and people.
TL;DR:
- We presented "The future of B2C sales is agent-to-agent conversations" and ran a live VoiceB demo on the Demo Stage at AI Summit Barcelona 2026 (WTC Barcelona, 22–23 September).
- Our message: voice converts 3–4x more than chat, and it only matters when it runs on real enterprise volume.
- Our evidence is twelve months of real inbound calls in telco, energy and logistics. Not a whiteboard.
- As customers start to send their own assistants to shop and compare, sellers will need agents that can answer them directly, with the same rigour as a human sales team.
Why we were at AI Summit Barcelona
AI Summit Barcelona brings together founders, enterprise buyers, engineers and investors around one question: what actually works in production. That is the question we build VoiceB around, so the Demo Stage was the right place for us. We wanted to show a product running, not describe a roadmap.
It was also a good moment to speak to a broad audience. The room mixed enterprise leaders from sales, operations and customer experience with technical builders, and the questions after the talk reflected both sides: how do the agents close sales, and how do they connect to the systems we already run.
What we presented: voice converts 3–4x more than chat
We opened with a simple claim: voice converts 3–4x more than chat. Customers who talk to an agent explain what they need faster, handle objections in the moment and reach a decision in the same session. A text box asks them to do the work themselves.

The second slide set the standard for the rest of the talk: twelve months, real inbound calls. We work with enterprises in telco, energy and logistics, handling real inbound volume. We chose to show what our agents do on live demand, because that is the evidence enterprise buyers ask for.
The core idea: the future of B2C sales is agent-to-agent
The main point of the talk looked ahead. Today, a company's sales agent talks to a customer. Soon, customers will arrive with their own assistants, which compare offers, ask for conditions and shortlist providers before a person ever picks up the phone or opens a form.
That changes what a sales organisation has to offer. A website built only for human visitors will be invisible to the assistants doing the first round of comparison. Companies will need sales agents that can be reached by other agents, answer precisely, apply the real eligibility rules and pricing, and move the conversation to a signed customer.
This is the direction of our own roadmap. We are building so that the same autonomous sales layer that handles a customer's call can also respond to an assistant acting for that customer. The agent does not change. The counterpart does.
What the live demo showed
We demoed VoiceB live. The point of the demo was to show that the agent does more than talk well. It runs the sales workflow: it qualifies the lead, checks the conditions that apply, and takes the process forward across the systems the company already uses. For enterprise teams, the value sits in that execution, not in the voice alone.
What we took away
- Proof beats promises. Enterprise buyers want to see live results on real volume, so we led with twelve months of real calls.
- Execution is the differentiator. Questions from the room focused on integration, eligibility rules and handoffs, which are where autonomous sales succeeds or fails.
- The counterpart is changing. Preparing for customers who bring their own agents is now a practical planning question for B2C sales teams.
Thank you to the AI Summit Barcelona team for the stage and to everyone who joined us and asked hard questions. If you want to see VoiceB running on your own inbound demand, we are happy to show you.
